Patina Group and Good Salt Restaurant Group are bringing Ramen Rumble 8: Battle of the Champions back to Morimoto Asia at Disney Springs on Monday, February 2, 2026.
This one-night event features seven past Ramen Rumble champions competing head-to-head for the Broth Belt trophy, bragging rights, and a charitable donation made in the winner’s name to Give Kids the World. Two sessions are available at 5:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m..
Meet the Competing Chefs
The 2026 lineup brings together some of Orlando’s most respected ramen chefs, each representing a previous Ramen Rumble victory:
- Chef Huy Tin – Seito Sushi, Baldwin Park (2016 winner)
- Chef Kevin Kel – Sticky Rice (2017 winner)
- Chef Quan Van – Kai Asian Street Fare (2018 winner)
- Chef Takeshi Ikeuchi – Morimoto Asia (2022 winner)
- Chef Michael Cooper – The Osprey (2023 winner)
- Chef Yoko Takagi – Ramen Takagi (2024 winner)
- Chef Eliot Hillis – Red Panda Noodle (2025 winner)
Event Details and Tickets
Ramen Rumble 8 is a 21-and-over event. General admission is $100 plus tax and gratuity and includes tastings and voting.
VIP booth options starting at $600+ include reserved seating, bottled water, a dedicated server, and a swag bag for up to four guests.
