DCA Food and Wine Festival 2026 Is Back
The Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival returns March 6 through April 27, 2026, and once again the park turns into a walkable tasting tour of California flavors.
There are dozens of items. Some will trend. Some will surprise. And some will quietly become your repeat order.
Instead of trying to cover everything at once, we’re starting with the items that jumped off the menu — the ones that feel like they define this year’s festival.
Here are the 5 eats, 5 treats and 5 drinks we’re trying first.
First Stop: The Savory Hits That Define 2026
1. Carbonara Pizzetta
This is classic festival strategy. Bacon, white sauce and black pepper drizzle. It’s familiar, shareable and easy to grab between booths.
2. Chicken and Waffle Mole Taco
A waffle taco shell filled with chicken in spicy mole, rice, pepitas and sesame seeds. It feels playful, but the flavor profile leans bold.
3. Spinach and Artichoke Grilled Cheese
Parmesan-crusted sourdough with creamy spinach and artichoke served with potato bites. It reads comfort food, but the crust gives it festival personality.
4. Bulgogi Bowl (New)
Bulgogi beef with gochugaru-marinated cucumbers over rice, finished with spicy mayo and crispy shallots. This one looks like a full meal in tasting size form.
5. Pizza Slider
Mozzarella, fried pepperoni, peppers, onions and marinara on brioche. It feels like theme park indulgence done right.
Dessert With a Capital D: The Festival Sweet Spots
1. Mickey-Shaped Macaron Made with SNICKERS Bar Pieces
Chocolate macaron with caramel ganache and SNICKERS pieces. This is the kind of festival dessert that becomes the photo of the day.
2. Cherry Cobbler Pot de Crème (Plant-Based)
Vanilla custard layered with cherry filling and oat crumble. Light texture, balanced sweetness and completely shareable.
3. Frozen Banoffee Banana (New)
Milk chocolate-dipped frozen banana topped with toffee, caramel and white chocolate drizzle. It feels like it belongs on the Boardwalk at night.
4. Pandan Latte Churro (New)
Coffee sugar, pandan whipped cream and toasted coconut. This is the sleeper pick that could quietly steal the festival.
5. Mickey-Shaped Banana-Hazelnut Waffles (New)
Chocolate-hazelnut filling and banana whipped topping. If you rope-drop the festival, this is how you start the day.
The Sips That Could Steal the Festival
1. Ube Latte with Matcha Foam (New)
Visually striking and completely different from anything else on the menu. It feels like this year’s signature sip.
2. California Punch
Mango purée, guava nectar, cucumber syrup and lemon juice finished with a mango-chile lollipop. Bright, refreshing and built for warm afternoons.
3. Strawberry Horchata
A returning favorite. House-made rice and cinnamon with strawberry purée. It drinks easy and pairs with almost anything.
4. Cherry Cola Cold Brew (New)
Joffrey’s 70th Anniversary Blend topped with cherry cola cold foam. It sounds unexpected, which is exactly why it’s on our list.
5. Mimosa Flight (New)
Three flavors in one tasting. If you’re exploring with friends, this is an easy split and compare moment.
The Real Power Move: Sip & Savor Goes Digital
The Sip and Savor Pass goes digital this year.
Instead of paper tabs, you receive a scannable credential with four or eight digital coupons. It makes hopping between booths smoother and easier to track.
If you’re planning to work through a full tasting list, this is the most efficient way to do it.
In addition, Disney is offering a festival Disney Gift Card featuring Chef Goofy. With a minimum $125 activation, you receive a complimentary limited-edition Carthay Circle Restaurant pin while supplies last.
You can use that gift card toward food, drinks, merchandise or even your Sip and Savor Pass. For collectors, that bonus alone may be worth the stop.
How We’re Tackling the Festival This Year
We’ll start savory.
Then we’ll grab one of the festival-exclusive drinks before peak afternoon lines.
Finally, we’ll circle back for dessert once the sun goes down and the park energy shifts.
The DCA Food and Wine Festival 2026 menu feels layered. There are safe picks. There are adventurous flavors. And there are a few items that feel designed to surprise.
We’ll be tasting our way through it. For the full list be sur to check out Disney Parks blog. What’s first on your list?
