Starter Course: Bright and Botanical
First, the night begins with Midnight Rose, a Código 1530 Blanco cocktail featuring strawberry pink peppercorn cordial, dry vermouth, wild rose water, and citrus bitters. Next, Enzo’s Hideaway pairs the cocktail with Insalata di Millefoglie. This is a layered Italian salad with whipped ricotta, wild honey, radicchio, walnut butter, fermented citrus, and pane carasau.
Entrée Course: Bold and Savory
Then, the Black Pearl cocktail highlights coffee-infused Código 1530 Reposado, aged in French White Oak red wine barrels from Napa Valley. It also features mandarin oleosaccharum, dry curaçao, cocoa nib tea, coffee bitters, and agrumato tangerine oil. Alongside it, Enzo’s Hideaway serves Bistecca con Crosta di Caffè. This dish is an espresso-rubbed New York strip with pea purée, polenta torta, beef tallow, and aged balsamic.
Dessert Course: Smooth and Sweet
Finally, dessert features Golden Hour, made with Código 1530 Añejo, orange blossom chamomile tea, toasted coconut water reduction, wildflower honey, vanilla, and edible flower. To finish, the cocktail pairs with Crostata al Latte di Cocco e Crema. A coconut curd tart topped with whipped ganache, tequila caviar, and finger limes.
