EPCOT Flower and Garden Food 2026 returns March 4 through June 1 with more than 20 Outdoor Kitchens spread across World Celebration, World Discovery, World Nature, and World Showcase. The menus are stacked, the portions look strong, and there is real variety across the park.
Disney Parks Blog recently shared the full list of menu items along with a festival preview video, which confirms just how deep this year’s lineup goes.
Beyond the food, Flower and Garden transforms EPCOT with character topiaries, vibrant floral displays, themed gardens, the Garden Rocks Concert Series, and limited-time festival merchandise. However, for many guests, the Outdoor Kitchens remain the main event.
Here are 15 things we can’t wait to try. 5 savory dishes, 5 desserts, and 5 drinks we are trying first.
5 Can’t-Miss Eats
1. Tuna Poke Bowl – NEW! Nectar
Fresh tuna with edamame, avocado, mango, pickled red onions, seaweed salad, furikake, and umami sauce over sticky rice. It feels bright, balanced, and perfect for warm afternoons.
2. Seafood Bake – Beach Grub
Shrimp, mussels, clams, andouille sausage, red potatoes, corn, persillade butter, and white wine broth with grilled sourdough. This one eats like a coastal feast in a festival portion.
3. Shrimp and Grits – BRUNCHCOT
Blackened shrimp over cheddar grits with tasso ham gravy, peppers, onions, and andouille. Bold, savory, and likely one of the most filling bites of the festival.
4. Orange-Sesame Tempura Shrimp – The Citrus Blossom
Crisp shrimp with orange-chile sauce. It blends citrus brightness with just enough heat to stand out.
5. Northern Bloom Savory Duo – Canada
Seared Scallops with french green beans, marble potatoes, and bacon vinaigrette alongside Beef Tenderloin Tips with mushroom bordelaise and whipped potatoes. Canada may quietly offer the strongest savory lineup.
5 Can’t-Miss Desserts
1. Florida Strawberry Shortcake – Florida Fresh
Vanilla pound cake, fresh strawberries, strawberry sauce, whipped cream, and strawberry crumbs. Spring on a plate.
2. Blueberry Crumble Cake – EPCOT Farmers Feast
Blueberry-lemon zest soft-serve and blueberry compote take this beyond a standard cake.
3. Peach Cobbler – EPCOT Farmers Feast
Warm cobbler with cinnamon gelato and streusel topping. Comfort dessert done right.
4. Lemon Tart – The Citrus Blossom (Plant-based)
Lemon curd, blood orange gel, plant-based meringue, and raspberry powder. It looks sharp and tastes even sharper.
5. Bananas Foster Funnel Cake – American Adventure
Funnel cake topped with banana-chocolate chip ice cream, whipped cream, rum-caramel sauce, and banana-cinnamon sugar dusting. This one may win the social media crown.
Honorable mention: Chocolate Mousse Terrarium and Flan de la Abuela both deserve serious consideration.
5 Can’t-Miss Drinks
1. Frozen Desert Violet Lemonade – Pineapple Promenade
A returning favorite with desert pear and violet syrups. It tastes like Flower & Garden in a cup.

Sam’s Disney Diary Take
EPCOT Flower and Garden Food works best when you mix bright citrus, fresh seafood, and one over-the-top dessert. This year gives you that balance.
Start with something light. Add one comfort plate. Finish with a festival dessert. Then grab a drink that matches the Florida sunshine.
We’ll be tasting beginning March 4. Let us know what makes your top five.
