Spring is bringing a fresh lineup of seasonal fun to Summer House on the Lake at Disney Springs. From festive cookies for St. Patrick’s Day to a cocktail class and Easter dining specials, there are a few good reasons to make a stop at the West Side over the next few weeks.
St. Patrick’s Day Cookies Arrive First
The sweetest limited-time offering starts at The Cookie Bar. From Thursday, March 12, through Tuesday, March 17, Summer House on the Lake will offer special St. Patrick’s Day cookies for $5.95 each, plus tax, while supplies last. It is a simple seasonal stop, but it could be a fun add-on if you are already spending the day at Disney Springs.
A Palm Beach Social Cocktail Class Follows on March 31
Later in the month, Summer House shifts from cookies to cocktails. The Palm Beach Social Cocktail Class takes place Tuesday, March 31, from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Guests can expect interactive instruction from the restaurant’s bartending team, several seasonal cocktails, and chef-driven bites in the restaurant’s laid-back style. Tickets are $95 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
For Disney Springs visitors looking for something beyond the usual dinner reservation, this feels like the most unique event of the group. It is not just a meal. It is more of a social night out with a little hands-on fun mixed in.
Easter Brings an All-Day Dining Option
Then on Sunday, April 5, Summer House on the Lake will celebrate Easter from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. The day begins with brunch from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., including specials such as Ham and Eggs for $23.95 plus tax and Cinnamon-Sugar Pancakes for $21.95 plus tax. Dinner runs from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. and adds specials including Roasted Alaskan Halibut for $42.95 plus tax and a Wood-Grilled Smoke Pork Chop for $31.95 plus tax. Easter and spring-themed treats will also be available at The Cookie Bar.
Sam’s Disney Diary Take
Summer House on the Lake is giving Disney Springs guests three very different ways to lean into spring. The St. Patrick’s Day cookies are the quick grab-and-go option. The cocktail class is the date-night pick. Easter looks like the full family meal play, with brunch, dinner, and dessert all covered in one stop.
That mix is what makes this lineup stand out. Whether you want a themed treat or a full sit-down experience, Summer House on the Lake has something seasonal on the calendar.
