Disney Springs has a new limited-time sip with a purpose this Earth Month. Guests can now order the Bee’s Harvest Margarita at four popular Disney Springs restaurants. This is part of Delaware North’s 2026 “Bee the Difference” campaign, which runs from April 1 through May 5.
The drink is available at Morimoto Asia, Maria & Enzo’s, The Edison, and Enzo’s Hideaway .
What makes this one stand out is the cause behind it. The Bee’s Harvest Margarita supports The Bee Cause Project, a nonprofit whose mission is to inspire the next generation of environmental stewards while protecting pollinators. That gives Disney Springs guests a simple way to tie an evening out to something bigger during Earth Month.
According to Delaware North, the Bee’s Harvest Margarita is made with Patrón Silver Tequila. It is being served at more than 70 Delaware North locations across the United States this year.
The 2026 campaign also includes an interactive augmented reality experience tied to pollinator education and tequila production. This connects the drink back to the role pollinators play in growing Weber Blue Agave. There is also real momentum behind the campaign. Delaware North says it has donated more than $65,000 to The Bee Cause Project through the first three years of “Bee the Difference.”
At Disney Springs, the participating locations give guests several different ways to enjoy the offering. The Edison brings its Roaring ’20s atmosphere and cocktail-driven identity. Morimoto Asia offers its upscale Pan-Asian setting led by Chef Masaharu Morimoto. Maria & Enzo’s leans into its grand, vintage air-travel theme and Italian menu.
Enzo’s Hideaway adds a speakeasy-style rum-runner tunnel setting under Maria & Enzo’s. That makes this promotion feel less like a single drink drop and more like a Disney Springs tasting stop with four distinct vibes.
For Walt Disney World fans, this is exactly the kind of limited-time offering that works well at Disney Springs. It is seasonal, easy to find, and tied to a meaningful cause. Earth Month food and beverage items are often fun in the moment, but this one adds a charitable angle that gives it a little more weight.
Sam’s Disney Diary Take
This is the kind of Disney Springs special I love highlighting. It is not tied to a major festival or a big merchandise drop. However, it still gives fans a reason to stop in, try something new, and support a meaningful cause at the same time.
If you are already planning lunch, dinner, or drinks at Disney Springs this month, the Bee’s Harvest Margarita feels like an easy add-on. You should try it before it disappears on May 5.
If you are heading to Disney Springs soon, this is one of those limited-time Earth Month offerings worth putting on your radar.
