In this, the first episode of the Disneyland anthology series Walt announces his plans for Disneyland. The episode aired in 1954, 11 months before the opening of Disneyland. Walt shares his latest and greatest dream, explaining that Disneyland the place, and Disneyland the TV show are all part of the same. Construction has already started on Disneyland a place of hopes and dreams, Walt shows us the model and walks us through a virtual tour of the under-construction Disneyland describing each land along the way.
