Melissa Joan Hart and Will Friedle hosted the Walt Disney World 25th Anniversary Party, which aired on February 28, 1997. Highlights include a video segment of Main Street USAโs re-dedication; Special Guest has Drew Carey taking viewers on a behind-the-scenes tour of the parks, including control rooms. Donna Summer performing โLast Danceโ; Gloria Estefan performing a medley including โDr. Beat,โ โConga,โ โRhythm is Gonna Get You,โ and โGet On Your Feetโ; the Village People performing โYMCAโ. Rosie OโDonnell takes us on an early look at the Tower of Terror attraction, including a look at the Disney Imagineers who design the Walt Disney World attractions. Jeff Daniels has a segment on Walt Disney Worldโs history (and of its Main Street, U.S.A. section in particular), and of the parkโs namesake, Walt Disney; and Estefan performing โRemember the Magic.โ
