Several Disney Springs restaurants are rolling out refreshing summer drinks, from floral gin cocktails to sangria and frozen sips. The newest additions lead with Maria & Enzo’s and Enzo’s Hideaway, but the lineup also reaches The Edison, Morimoto Asia, and Pizza Ponte.
So, if your Walt Disney World day includes shopping, dinner, or a no-park evening, these are the summer drinks worth knowing.
Maria & Enzo’s Adds a Garden Party
Maria & Enzo’s is leaning into a lighter summer profile with the new Garden Party Cocktail. The drink combines Malfy Gin, Italicus, peaflower syrup, fresh lemon juice, Fee Foam, and microflowers. That makes it sound like one of the most visually striking cocktails in the new lineup. It also fits the restaurant.
Maria & Enzo’s already has that vintage airport-terminal style, big windows, and a golden-hour feel. A floral gin cocktail makes sense here, especially before dinner or during a slower Disney Springs evening.
Enzo’s Hideaway Goes Underground for Summer
Enzo’s Hideaway has two new seasonal cocktails, and both sound built for a hot Florida night.
Berry Basil Bliss uses Bombay Sapphire, muddled strawberry and basil, lemon juice, simple syrup, and a whole strawberry garnish. That one sounds bright, fruit-forward, and easy to pair with dinner.
Violet Hour takes a different direction with Fords Gin, lavender honey syrup, lemon juice, and lemon. It sounds softer, more herbal, and a little more refined.
Together, they give Enzo’s Hideaway a strong summer trio when paired with Maria & Enzo’s Garden Party upstairs.
The Edison Keeps It Bright
The Edison is adding Strawberry Fields Forever to the summer mix. This cocktail blends Wheatley vodka, St-Germain, honey, lime juice, strawberries, and mint. It sounds like the most classic warm-weather drink on the list, with strawberry and mint doing most of the heavy lifting.
That also makes it an easy fit for The Edison’s retro-industrial setting. It is not trying to be complicated. It is trying to be refreshing.
Morimoto Asia Brings the Sangria
Morimoto Asia has one of the more shareable options with Sake Sangria. The drink combines sake, light white wine, plum wine, Asian pears, apple, and tangerine juice. It is available by the glass or carafe, which makes it a good option for a table.
This may be the most food-friendly drink in the lineup. The fruit keeps it approachable, while the sake and plum wine give it a Morimoto Asia identity.
Pizza Ponte Has the Frozen Grab-and-Go Sip
Pizza Ponte is keeping things simple with a Frozen Peach Bellini. That may be exactly the point. Not every Disney Springs drink needs a full sit-down meal. Sometimes you are crossing from shopping to dinner, grabbing a slice, or looking for something cold before heading back into the Florida heat. A frozen peach Bellini fits that moment perfectly.
Which Disney Springs Summer Drink Sounds Best?
If you want something floral and photo-friendly, start with the Garden Party Cocktail at Maria & Enzo’s. Something with fruit and herbs, Berry Basil Bliss at Enzo’s Hideaway sounds like the easy pick. If you prefer something softer and more aromatic, Violet Hour may be the better fit. For a classic strawberry summer cocktail, The Edison’s Strawberry Fields Forever checks the box. For sharing, Morimoto Asia’s Sake Sangria is the one to watch.
And for a quick frozen sip, Pizza Ponte’s Frozen Peach Bellini may be the most practical choice.
